We could not be more grateful for the amazing service, excellent food, and personalized touch that the team provided. “ This if my favourite place to eat and drink. The atmosphere is amazing. It’s like a little castle on the inside with so much history. The staff is so friendly and polite. They make the best cider around. If you’re hungry always go for the fried chicken sandwich it’s the best! ”

“ We went here yesterday before heading to Noggins! WOW ! The food was sooooo delicious. The chicken and waffles were 10/10. I’m not a huge fan of waffles but it was fresh and delicious. Fried Chicken was deliciously seasoned and tasty. I can’t rave about this place enough. Exceeded my expectations. Our server was also a delight. We didn’t catch her name sadly. We will definitely be back . ”

“ Maritime Express is our favorite restaurant in Kentville. I was able to make reservations online for my husband's birthday, and as usual it did not disappoint. The service was exceptional, I wish I could remember our servers name, she took very good care of us. The appetizer we initially ordered was unavailable so they provided chips and dip at no charge. The food, as usual was delicious. My husband had the brisket smash burger and I had the hot honey dipped chicken sandwich, and we both had the Gochujang fries. They also have a great kids menu and our kiddo loves the corn dogs. The cider is always amazing, we had the Arctic Kiwi and the Blueberry cider. I cannot recommend Maritime Express enough. ”

The elegance of the ballroom, the warmth of the lounge, the coziness of the taproom, and the fresh air on the patio combined for the perfect space and atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service very organized and efficient. Our interactions with the owner and staff in the beforehand planning, set up, actual reception, and clean up afterwards were always excellent. I highly recommend Maritime Express for a special event or just a lovely place for a great meal! ”

“ Visiting my friends in Canada and this was one of their must go to places. After dining there it met my expectations. Great food and service. Also has a unique old fashioned charm about it. I had the chicken sandwich with the hot honey dipped. All I can say is wow. The fat burger and scallop risotto were what my friends had and they loved there’s. You just have to go visit this place. ”

“ We went to the Maritime Cider Express for the first time at night, and we had a bit of difficulty finding it. It is located on the 2nd floor of an old heritage stone building. The food was second to none, so delicious! The buddha bowl was fresh, with a good sauce, and topped off with crispy fried kale. My husband enjoyed a burger and fries - these came either plain or dressed with their "aioli" sauce. We don't really like cider, so we each had a beer with dinner. The ambiance was very nice with appropriatly dimmed lighting and what seemed to be a stone tiled floor. I fully recommend this place. ”
